1. Service
aiXuberance provides cargo information and workflow capabilities, beginning with air waybill tracking and retained shipment context. Features may be introduced, changed, suspended or withdrawn as the service develops.
2. Accounts and authorised use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your access credentials and use the service only for legitimate cargo, business and operational purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security controls.
3. Shipment information
Tracking information may originate from airlines, handlers, logistics platforms or other third parties. It can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. You should confirm information directly with the responsible carrier or service provider before making time-critical, financial, customs, safety or contractual decisions.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, evade rate limits, misuse another tenant’s information, use the service for unlawful activity or infringe third-party rights.
5. Your data
You retain your rights in information you submit. You grant us permission to process it as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You must have the right to provide the information and instruct us to process it.
6. Intellectual property
The service, interface, software, documentation and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for permitted use of the service, no rights are transferred to you.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider failures, carrier restrictions, network conditions and events outside reasonable control may affect service.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that third-party cargo data is complete, current or suitable for every purpose.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss arising solely from third-party cargo data that you could reasonably have verified with the responsible provider. Any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address security risk, respond to provider requirements or investigate a material breach. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as capabilities and commercial arrangements evolve. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Existing pilot organisations should use their established onboarding contact; general guidance is available on the contact page.
